When unchecked, the over-use of technology harms physical, social, emotional and family well-being. 

 

Of One Mind helps families to get a handle on technology over-usage. Our goal is to reduce conflict, increase understanding and cooperation at home.  The goal is to alleviate the negative behaviors that technology abuse is causing.
